Frequently Asked Questions

How do I subscribe?

Open the "Subscription" tab in the app, pick a plan (1, 3, 5, or 10 slots), and confirm the payment. On iOS the purchase goes through the Apple App Store, on Android and the web through CloudPayments. Subscriptions renew automatically every month.

How do I cancel?

  • iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Zabota → Cancel.
  • Android and web: open the Subscription tab in the app and tap "Cancel". Access remains until the end of the paid period.

What is a slot?

One slot equals one loved one you can monitor. With the "3 slots" plan you can connect up to three loved ones. Need more? Upgrade your plan in the Subscription tab.

My loved one is not receiving push notifications

Make sure their device has notifications enabled for the app, and the Notifications toggle is on inside Settings.

Location is not updating

Verify that the app has "Always" location permission (iOS / Android 10+) and that background mode is enabled. The loved one's device must also have GPS turned on.

Account deletion

Go to Settings → Delete account. Your data and your loved ones' data will be erased within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
